A view from the waterfront along the Hoe. It is ten am on a Saturday morning. The air is fresh and bright. A bit of haze males the sunlight visible as it streams across the cliffs and across the glimmering water.

"Smeaton's Tower, 2025"

Smeaton's Tower stands on the Hoe in Plymouth, where you might hear people speaking a dozen languages in as many meters. The wind blows, the sun shines, people walk their dogs and enjoy the spectacular view. An assortment of flags snap in the breeze. It is a happy place.
